Keep away from this place at all costs. Bill Glatzel runs a business of "shocking" your dog into shape...it does not work and they get a higher voltage in most cases. I contacted him directly about my 7 month old dog who seemed to be chocking at times, vomiting, and acting timid on THREE different occasions just after I took my dog. This man proves his abusive nature on the phone and in person. Especially against women! Shame on you BILL GLATZEL! DO NOT take your dog to TLC K9 Academy!

I am a dog trainer from California who happened on this page and felt sorry for Bill Glatzel and his business.
How is it fair that this person says that Bill Glatzel kills animals but offers no proof or information to substantiate that any dog has been killed, much less theirs?
Also, the complaint is signed Heidi, but the title says, "James."
Our company had a bunch of these too--horrible complaints about animal cruelty and abuse to the dog owners. We sued the other dog trainer writing these and he had to pay us over $50,000 for intentional defamation and unfair business practices.
The vicious complaints are always from other dog trainers or from clients whose checks bounce and are sent to collection, people like that. Real complaints from real clients are always measured and the people do not go over the top so as to be believable and elicit sympathy.
The horrible complaints are from haters who are up late at night drinking or doing drugs. Notice how this complaint about Bill Glatzel does not mention veterinarians, animal control, lawyers, Better Business Bureau or any of the other things you would expect to hear about if in-fact this were a true story.
