TLG GREATFN 800-290-8603 Ripping Off My 81 yr old Mother in Law for 2 years!

I was reviewing my  mother in law's bank account for her and saw this repeating charge for $14.99 from TLG*GREATFN 800-2908603. I asked her what it was for and she had no idea. She thought it was something to do with a credit card insurance or something but really had no clue. I thought that she has been charged this amount for 24 months! I called the company on her behalf to address this and hopefully get credit back.  They told me that it was authorized when she made a purchase from a company called Advanced Interactive Science (probably supplements. They then tried to tell me how great a service it is and that they will give her a reduced rate of $9.99. I repeated that we want to get a credit and have this cancelled.

He then had to talk to a manager because he said this membership is not eligible for refund and that she's actually had this membership since 2009!!! They gave a refund of 4 months, $59.96 then transferred me to a manager to try and get more from them. They agreed to refund another 4 months totalling $119.82. They said that it was a thing where she bought supplements from the other company in the beginning and got a deal by accepting their discount program for 30 days free then would be $14.99/month until you cancel. She said she tried to call thenumber and cancel in the past and they wouldn't let her and she didn't understand what they were talking about.

They made soooo much money off of her. Be careful with any of those 30 days free offers!!!
