We recieved our CHASE credit card bill today. I see that 3 times we were charged for unknown things and I would like to be credited. Once on October 22, for $16.99, which has TLG*TLADV68079789OCT by it, on October 29th, for 16.99, with TLG*SHOPPER68079876OCT by it, and on November 21st for 16.99, with TLG*TLADV68079789OCT by it. We need to have this stopped and hope that you can help us. I believe the place is called Travel Advantage or something like that when I researched it on the web. I do not see a web site. When I call the number listed, which is 1-800-548-1116,I get an operator and telling me all agents are busy.
