TMC Financial Services - Closemoreleads.com Total Scam. Paid thsi company to help and only to be in forclosure with all of my properties Colorado Springs Colorado

After a work related injury, I had fallen behind on my bills. Being self employed this hurt emensely due to the fact that I had been unable to work for several months. It had gotten to the point in late 2007 that my amazing credit score had fallen to a very poor number and my on going good standing with my creditors had fallen too. Then just before the new year of 2008 began, I somehow came across a company called TMC financial, their representative at the time "Anthony" (who ironically does not work there anymore) had me believe that they could help with my situation and that they could work with my mortgage lenders to keep me from forclosure or atleast help find solutions to get me back on track.
Being just like anyone in my situation, I jumped right for this opportunity that someone could actually guide me thru and help. I was sent by email several documents that needed to be signed and fax immediately. Paying them a down payment of $800 only to which within a matter of a week and not hearing from them, this started to raise question. However, they had a bit to look into in my case I believed and that in time someone would respond with more information. After many calls and being told that they were waiting to hear from my lenders, I soon learned that the next representative Robin, who was no dealing with my case, no longer works for them ither and supposely she had lost all of my paperwork and never sent anything into my creditors. TMC's supervisor or sadi to be, told me that they would need me to resubmitt the information and that they showed a standing still owed balance to them of $400... the amount wasnt $400, it should of been $700... but with it now being almost 2 months since I heard from them and they supposely had an employee mess things up already... okay.. I will go with the $400 and paid them. They seemed like they were sincerely trying to make up for the mistake.
However, once sending the papaerwork back out to them and approving the charge to my card.... we fell right back to the disappearing act. Then only to be contacted by another representative by the name of Rebecca. She seemed very egar to help, returning my calls and asking me for information, such as asking for all of my previous bank statements, tax information, income records, and even suggesting writing a letter for my creditors. then that kinda died off and calls only to be returned here and there with the same answer that they were waiting on my lenders, dont pay them anything, just keep the money til they come to an agreement, dont worry about the letters. By this point both my properties are going into forclosure, I am getting letters from lawyers almost everyday, harrassing calls from my creditors. And even when I told TMC that I was trying to deal with my creditors on my own, they told me that I wasnt getting a refund from them, to which I never inquired of at that point. I also asked TMC why that my creditors were willing to work with me and they had not gotten anywhere. They told me to hold off on dealing with them and that I would be getting a responce thru them soon. So, here it is now almost 5 months later, in worse shape then I was when I started... and the calls turn into no returned emails ither.
Its now July 2008... I am now going on 8 months soon. Rebecca no longer works for them... hmmm? And I have gotten no reply, no answer and now only to find scam reports about this company and when I look back at how things started... why didnt a red flag go up in my head? Because just like everyone else, I thought I found someone that knew what they were doing, because I didnt... but really they knew what they were doing by scamming money out of people only to leave them hanging.
Thanks to their advice and support I am in total foreclosure with two homes, trying to work with every avenue I have left to reconcile anything with this, so if anything I not losing my head in the process too.
Anybody else got info or what to do next?
