tmobilemyfamilymobile previous disconnection has made one of my lines no access to internet California
im really trying to understand why no one has.contact me. at this time mymobile is.over charging,no internet access to one phone and rude managers buy him being the racist person i feel he is buy words being said i called in numorous times most of customer serives people were.tring to help some i felt scamed no type of good information as.long as.i spend.money and i fix everything allthe want is bill payment.no access to charges. dont understand why this small company.with.one.manager is having.a hard time understanding. they dont inform people if u dont have a phone from there company they can help dont sent replacement products want you to spend money. please this is very fustration i have just purching all this the phones the extra sim cards and they will disconecet in a heart beat.
