T&MPaving Frank Marini Mason Contractors T&M Paving Did Not Complete the work agreed and will not return calls Seymour Connecticut

T&M Paving agreed to put down a new asphalt driveway for my family.  As part of the work to be done the owner (Frank Marini) agreed to come back in the Spring and seal any remaining cracks and coat the driveway with a sealer.  The owner answered one phone call and replied "I will have to schedule the work" (in April).  It is now July and the owner has not call back with a scheduled time to do the work and the owner is not replying to any messages left by me.  I paid for the work and now I am suffering because I did not hold back some of the funds.  Either way, when work is agreed to be done it should be done.
