They refuse to pay on the surrendering of Augusta Cosey a defendant they bailed out of jail who moved to and from Illinois, Nevada, and California after leaving the state of TX.

My team spent over 100 hours in 2 states hunting Augusta after being given the authorization to arrest him by Jessica. finally after 2 weeks we found Augusta in the hospital, where he died the next morning. Then we were asked by Jessica to confirm and provide substantiating evidence for the exoneration of the bond, we contacted family to obtain authorization to release documents from the county vital statistics office for records of Augustas death.

I then wrote the needed affidavits and sent them along with the certificate of death, all supporting investigation reports and our invoice to TNT Bail Bonds for them to submit to the courts for exoneration of their bonds. Since proving TNT bail bonds with all the needed documentation to exonerate their bond, they refuse to answer calls unless we call them from a TX area code, and then they divert us to Russell who never comes into the office of answers and calls.

We had 1 agent travel to TX and he stopped in to TNT's office and was held there 5 hours waiting for Russell to show up, Jessica told our agent the reason they hadent paid yet was because the invoice was to complete and needed to be less discriptive, but we have still not ever recieved any corrective advice on the invoice nor have they tried to contact us for payment. If your a Bail enforecment agen, PI, bounty hunter, make sure you get paid fisrt before wasting any thime with these clowns. They will rip you off.
