Made an order on the 20th of September 2013, it took 3 weeks for them to acknowledge my payment, after that they kept me updated on my order every week, that stopped 5 weeks ago!

Its now 12th December and I STILL waiting on my order. Have e-mailed them 8 times now in the space of 5 weeks and they are flat out ignoring my e-mails, I know they are getting my e-mails because every time I send them one I get an e-mail straight back telling me thankyou for your e-mail we will get back in touch with you soon! wich they haven't done in 5 weeks now. They have my money £290.00 and I have nothing.

If you are thinking of making an order with www.tobaccoonline.co.uk think again they will take you're money and rip you off.
