Todays Escapes - Deal Pass Fraudulent charges to credit card, unauthorized and won't credit my account Internet

I went to use my credit card and noticed that my credit available had been reduced by about $35.00. I went to look up some old statements and noticed I had two months of charges for $14.95 a piece in June and July and $1.00 in April of 2008. I called the number to Todays Escapes which was listed on the statement and they asked me for a bunch of information so they could "look up" my account, they then put a "supervisor" on the phone and she asked me for my credit card number. I said "no, I'm not going to give you my credit card number" so she told me to have my credit card company call them. I called Applied Bank (another rip off all in itself) about the charge and first they tongue lashed me for not giving Todays Escapes my credit card number, but then they called this company (which I didn't have to give them the number for, making it seem as thought these two companies are in "cahoots" together. ) They asked me if I knew Robert B. (my husband) and I said yes. Robert is not an authorized user on my Applied Card so even if he did sign up (which he didn't) they should have never authorized the charge. My husband said Today's Escapes called him and asked him to sign up and he told them no he wasn't interested. This is the biggest scam in the WORLD! They will not talk to me because they said Todays escapes is registered in Robert's name (even though they fraudulently charged it to my account. ) I am contacting the better business bureau.
