togetshoes.com none Known substituted my order for a woman size with a men shoe and refused to correct the error Internet

I ordered a pair of MBTs in women size 9 and after 2 weeks of waiting, I received a pair of MBTs on men size 9, which obviously is too big for me and I cannot wear.  When I informed the company of their mistake they refused to correct it and pretended it was my mistake even when I sent them a copy of my order and photos of the shoes in comparison with my foot.  They suggested a ridiculous way to solve the problem which was buying another pair of MBTs from them and they would give me a 20% discount on the discounted prize...so I could get another pair of MBT's of the wrong size?! I did not realize this company was in china until I received the first e-mail (although their name seemed a bit funky) I would have not shopped with them.  I would never shop with them again, they are very slow and very dishonest.
