We invested 9,775.00 into a short sale training and coaching program . Signed a contract saying if we did not make our money back in 6 months we would get refund if we proved we had done so many short sale offers. we had 10 phone calls with the coach who really never taught us anything except pay hard ball with the banks. well none of their marketing worked  we had about a one percent rate of return and all the offers we made to the banks we didnt even get an answer within 6 most. when we did it was thrown out because the formula  to determine our offer with was always too low and people we tried to help lost their houses. We have made several phone calls and emails with them promising someone would call us back but it hasnt happened. beware consumers.
