Tomas Kolehmainen Julian Monterrey, Nick Angel Stopped Payment On Wages & Has Filed For Petitions Of Injunction Under False Pretense Miami Florida

Beware of this man.   He is a lying manipulative con artist, using the names Nick Angel, Julian Monterrey and his legal name, Tomás Kolehmainen.  He hired me a decade ago in Los Angeles.  At the end of the job after turning in my work for him, without even telling me, arbitrarily stopped payment on the second half of my wages.  This caused me to bounce checks and overdraft.  Under threat of being sued, he later paid me the face value of the balance of the wages plus all of the bank fees I incurred.   

November 14th, 2019 I was pulled over and told that I was being investigated for stalking and harassment of someone named Julian Monterrey.  I had no idea whom that person was. The Sheriff Deputy then referenced two other names this person uses - Nick Angel, and his real name, Tomás Kolehmainen.  I didn’t remember whom they were because even with someone whom has clinical obsessive compulsive disorder, it takes a tremendous and often futile time for me to “let go” and move on.  The Deputy told me that all of my calls, emails, Facebook and text messages were being monitored and that he was recording me on a body camera.   I told him, upon remembering whom he actually was regardless of what name he chooses to use, that I haven’t had any contact with him in over a decade and that he attempted to rip me off, as a former employer in Los Angeles.   

I was eventually served a Petition For Request for Civil Injunction ( aka restraining order ) and the accusations contained within were outrageous and false.  I was not going to give this person the satisfaction of trying to take advantage of me twice so I decided to contest it because I knew the entire thing was fraudulent bullsh*t, like many libelous and defamatory allegations which have been published about me online, by others with substantially less credible reputations.   

The following link, enclosed, is the certified audio recording from the Miami Circuit Court, concerning the Petition For Order Of Injunction on 2-21-20.  

This Petition was DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, in my favor as the RESPONDENT, on account of the PETITIONER (Tomás Kolehmainen) having insufficient and/or fabricated evidence, and his inability to demonstrate the claims he made against me, which held neither validity or relevance; and most importantly, CREDIBLE EVIDENCE.
