Turns out the material prices were inflated, but they refused to do any further service unless I bought tge ateriaks through them. I already paid 1200$ for the "evaluation”, so I had to agree to buy these materials. However, after I did agree, they stoped replying to my emails and refused to continue with the job. I spent 1200$ on nothing, has to chase this company down for months to get anything done, and ended up spending 1200$ on nothing. They are unprofessional, unethical, don’t reply to emails and calls, inflate prices, and walked off when I complained.

Initially, I contracted them to fix my low voltage system.  They agreed, then didn't reply to my calls or emails for months.  Finally, they sent 2 techs to start the process.  After charging me 1200$ to "evaluate" the system, they asked for 1650$ to purchase equipment, mainly lightbulbs.  The price was clearly inflated, but they refused to provide the equipment details until 1200$ was paid.  Once I paid that, they told me that they will only install the equipment if I buy it through them at an inflated price.  I already spent 1200$, so I had no choice.  But, throughout all this, they were completely unresponsive to calls or emails, and when I complained, they told me that they will not finish the job, took my 1200$ and left me with nothing.
