Tommy Logan Southwyck Kennel Tommy Logan commited fraud in his transaction with me. Ripoff Memphis Tennessee

On 09/12/06 I got an English Toy Spaniel puppy that I had bought from Tommy Logan for $1500.00. In 3 different telephone conversations prior to getting the puppy I asked if this puppy's heart had been check. I was told three times YES it was.

At 9am 09/13/06 I took the puppy to my veterinarian and was told after being examined he had a grade 4 heart murmur. I got two other opinions and all three agreed, a grade 4 heart murmor.

My veterinarian called Tommy Logan's veterinarian in Memphis to talk to him but was hung up on after being told it was not his problem, if there was something wrong with the puppy contact Tommy Logan the breeder.

I sent 3 letters from 3 different veterinarians with the results of their examination of finding a grade 4 heart murmur to Tommy Logan. He will not refund my money, won't even talk about it. He did offer me another puppy though.

He said I was lying, that I was doing this on purpose to close him down. He is in denial and has not even inquired at how the puppy is doing.

I have the puppy's heart check every month and will proceed as dictated by the medical findings.

Tommy Logan must be shut down. He is breeding without any concern to the welfare of the puppies he is producing. He has no ethics and is laughing all the way to the bank. This is Animal Abuse!

I have not sued Tommy Logan yet because my puppy will go back to him and I know he will be re-sold and may not get the medical attention he will need.

I have written proof I everything I have said!
