This website is still running. Products look very real, and although we were not overcharged, the products that we have received are not real Toms shoes. They are very cheap knock-offs. Do not order from Toms Outlet Shoe Store.

Not a true outlet, Knock-off product!

Ourselves and all others are well aware of what an outlet store is. This is not a Toms Shoes outlet store. These are knock-off, cheap forgery, products. The website, the shoes, and the packaging are designed to look as close as possible to Toms Shoes, but they are NOT!!

The name of the store online SHOULD have been a dead give away. It is a OUTLET store. Now for you and those that dont know the retail verbage, I will inform you. OUTLET pretty much means FACTORY MISTAKES AND SECONDS. This means that when this product DID NOT pass the quality inspection they are set aside to be sold in a OUTLET store. The American Consumer has been so BLINDED by online shopping that the information that the consumer knew 20 years ago has been forgoten by the consumers of today.
You call them "cheap knockoffs" and you couldnt be farther from the truth. No its worse then a Knockoff. Its MISTAKES. A bad seem here, a misfold there and viola!!! Factory seconds sold at a far cheaper price then the ACTUAL product that HAS passed quality inspection. ANYTIME the word "OUTLET" is prominent in a stores name should be a give away as to what they sell.
In Las Vegas they had a whole MALL dedicated to factory seconds. It was HIGHLY popular. PPl dont seem to care if a pair of pants has a messed up seem or a punch bowl has a different color pattern. They LIKED getting these items at such a discounted rate that they overlooked the MINOR imperfections.
In the future, STAY AWAY FROM ANY BUSINESS THAT HAS OUTLET IN THEIR NAME!!!
