Tony Ebrahams & Bruce Gabbai - Bankers Fiscal Services - BIGGEST THIEFS in Beverly Hills, CA.

These men are the biggest thief's we have ever worked with. They own a large apartment complex at 328 N. Maple in Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The building flooded and that’s when Tony and Bruce entered into a contract with our company to provide the drying and demolition of wet materials. It was a very complex water loss, the entire building was affected. The property was covered in mold and asbestos and was removed by another contractor that was not permitted by the City of Beverly Hills. Who knows how many mold spores and how much asbestos was released into the surrounding air affecting others.  Every person in the complex had to be removed from the apartment building. 

Everything that was in the contract was completed. Now he still has an outstanding bill due to us for services as agreed to by his insurance company for approximately $800,000. He clearly has no intentions of paying us. He has the money, but refuses to pay and refuses to return our calls, emails, or letters.

We have done everything we can do to collect, we even filed a lawsuit and will continue to do everything we can to get our money!! We pulled permits through the City of Beverly Hills, the cost for the permits totaled $97,000 that we paid for and somehow Tony manipulated the system to transfer the permits to another contractor without our permission.

We will be glad to work with the media and hope to have this story heard, these men are thieves and dishonest. They live in extremely large houses in Beverly Hills, they have the necessary funds in their portfolio to pay us but they refuse to do so. They brag about how successful they are, but there only successful because they refuse to pay the people they hire or come in contact with. 

Do not be fooled by their money or power DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MEN!!!
