Tony Perchemilian and Scott Hoover LTT GOURMET SCAMMED FOR 4000 DOLLARS AND STUCK WITH FREEZER BURNED FOOD CHATSWORTH, California

My husband and I just moved in to our new home in July when we were contacted by Quality Foods. We had a rep from them named Scott Hoover come to our  home and give us a presentation on their services. It sounded good, but I should have listened to my instinct to wait on any  purchases that were unnecessary. It was very odd how there was no address on the envelope they gave me with the contracts in it. We had the food and freezer delivered the next day. I noticed that some of the food was freezer burned and the meat was brown instead of red. My husband ate a steak and became ill that same night. When I called to complain, I left a message for Scott to call me back. I never got a phone call from anyone. I called two more times and the guy name Bill who answered the phone was very rude and again no one called or came out to address the problem. I also called JLS Financial and spoke to Lou who stated he would have them call me and fix the problem. I got a phone call after three weeks from Tony who stated he would send Scott to fix the problem and switch out the food. It has now been almost three months and still I have had no one call or come out and fix the problem. They also called my home last week to sell me there product. You would think they would keep track of who they have already ripped off. I believe that they are scam artists and the Financial companies are also in on it. I have already sent a certified letter to Quality Foods and JLS Financial to cancel the contract immediately and pick up this freezer and food I have in my home. I am ready to file complaints to the FDA, DA, Attorney General and Murrieta Police Department for their fraudulent activity.
