The company name on the advertisement was luanthougds, my order # was 1319, when I go on line for support for this company I get an email address, MyProbuying .com and a name Kenneth Bowers , phone number 904 373 8347.

This email will not accept an email and there is never an answer at this phone number. Is there any way of getting my money back or the scooter shipped to me. Thanks
