Like the other report on here, I ordered a spray gun, the money was deducted from my bank account and I have received no tracking number, my emails have not been returned and they do not answer the phone. It has only been two weeks, but I have a feeling there is something terribly wrong, and familiar, after reading the other scam report. Even if this is not a full scale scam operation, reputable companies do not deduct money from a bank account on back-ordered or unshipped items. Any good company deducts at the time of shipping. A good company also returns communication and answers the phone. Caution, if you want to take a chance with this company, use Paypal and hope they will make good on protection.
