Credentials, Family History, Experience, Customer Service, Business Knowledge and Ownership, materials, Employees, website customer reviews etc are all falsified! There is 0 family history nor experience. Company was created in September 2015 after "owner" Paul gained his Certification to begin Chimney masonry through his job with Northeast Chimney of Schoharie NY of 2 months sending him to NC for 2 weeks of training.

When returning home he and his wealthy Landscape business owner friend Mr. Romano decided to enterprise on Paul's new certificate to outbid local Rennselaer Coounty customers seeking Chimney rebuilds and retaining walls even though Paul lacked the actual hands on training and skills. Paul and his family actually have no history of working in any type of construction, masonry, advertising or even physical labor.

It is 100% legal to file to request his IRS work records .... father Steven has had 11 jobs from 2002 to 2016, Paul had no job from 2001 to 2005 then worked 3 months, did not qualify for unemployment, worked 8 jobs from Feb 2006 to June 2006 not qualifying for unemployment again. No employment in NY until May 2008 to July 2008 and none until May 2015. Mother Linda often a part time Student but never finishing a semester no degree, siblings Greg Krysti, Keven either no jobs or not lasting past initial trainings- none of which remotely close to this supposed Business claims for experience unless Snow Plowing, Convenience Store, Part Time Daycare or Uber Driver count as experience enough to build your retaining wall, clean chimney, prevent house fires, carbon monoxide poisining or bring home foundation up to code etc.

Not an Accredited BBB business due to lack of proof that company existed before 2015 yet claims 20 years experience. You can sue Top Course Masonry aka TCMR in NYS for any services paid for if they can not produce proof of their Advertised Claims of Experience, Family History and Certification. NYS Law you have every right to request Business Information and if proven false, can sue but if more than 3 gilted customers can also file a ClassAction Lawsuit. The financial backer to this Fake Company is Dan Romano who is a multi millionare and owns numerous local businesses- landscaping and paving. Protect yourself.

I hired Paul and his 2 member crew (1 being his sister who has 0 work history unbeknownst to at least me) the work was quick seemed legit but less than a year later numerous issues that should not occur- foundation crumbled, cheap materials, poreous mortar vs cement, wrong cap piece, uneven and $1000s of dollars wasted and bad service. I believed a reputable company at a fractionable cost but was so wrong. I had my son in law look into the history and he pulled records only an ADA can legally obtain.

There are so many falsified credentials it is unreal. I filed a lawsuit to which our current Covid crisis phases are delaying but am also seeking a Class Action Lawsuit if anyone else has experienced bad service or purchased services due to their False Advertising.
