Top Investor Leads Ryan Garner Sells horrible leads and is in Dallas, Texas

Spoke to Ryan Gardner and he has really made an effort to make things right. We all make mistake at times but most importantly it's how we fixed them. At the end of the day Ryan Gardner I believe is a good guy and is just trying to business. I can't say all his leads but most of his leads have ended up being good and I will continue to do business with Ryan as long as the quality remains.

On the first of the month I was contacted by Ryan Gardner via email. He wanted to make things right by providing me a refund or giving me the leads I paid for which I give him credit for. But after I responded the day after (the 2nd), today being the 6th I have not heard anything back from him in making anything right. So much for Character... enough said!!!!!

I think this is getting a bit overexaggeted. I was extremely surprised to read these few write-ups and one from another guy on here. Just thought i'd throw my 2 cents in. We haven't purchased leads in a few years because we generate everything in-house now. However, we bought a list from Ryan in '09 to fund 1/3 of our o/g jv program. Overall i think they were ok. We had some good conversations with several guys and he replaced alot of the data that we didn't find to be useful. I believe we closed 3 or 4 deals from the list so nothing to be ecstatic about. I was actually more impressed with his overall demeanor and way of doing business. He would always respond within minutes and the leads were not outrageously expensive as with a few other guys we have used and had similar results. I for one know it can be frustrating dealing with lead brokers but I think Ryan's a pretty solid guy. It can be a tough racket out there for both sides involved here. A public forum may not be the best place to let out your frustration haha. Just my opinion guys. Best of luck to all,

Well we have always done everything in our power so that everyone feels this way about our "stuff". You're a very professional guy, Ed, and I hope this has offered some peace of mind pal and put any ill will at rest. You and Miles at Cornerstone Real Estate funds have been very loyal customers that I have considered friends for nearly 4 years.
