Beware of Carl Lee Midland and TOP THREE USA, INC!!! He stole from me!!!
Carl is a CROOK, LIAR, and THIEF!!! He uses his dealer license as bait to get money from hard working individuals. He makes promises and then doesn't deliver but keeps the money. Only CRIMINALS that desperately need the money do business the way Carl does.
He is a manipulator to individuals who do not know the business and tries to profit off of them.
How pathetic is this...he lives inside his own office (no home to go to) and sleeps on the couch!!
I guess thats why his ex-wife divorced him and wants nothing to with him and the same for his own kids.
Thinking about buying a car from him...THINK AGAIN!!
Top Three has been investigated by the Wyoming Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) countless times due to customers filing complaints about the vehicle they purchased.
Carl Lee Midland and Top Three USA have also been sued over 10 times alone in the past two years.
Don't take my word for it...Check for yourself in the court's website.
My advice is to STAY AWAY so this doesn't happen to you!!
I know how it is to work hard for what you have and for a CRIMINAL who sleeps on the couch to try and take it from you...but I guess it's true about KARMA.
