I went to Total Rejuvenation Salon Spa to get my hair cut. It is a new business only open since February. The hairdresser, April LeMon, did not follow my directions. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it.
She preceded to do it her own way. She cut my hair so short & in so many different lengths I was not able to repair it. I had to buy a hair piece in order to go out in public.
Please ladies, beware of this shop. The lady who owns the shop has refused to work with me in any way, stating it looked fine when I left. I was even willing to accept a small gift certificate on another service even though I am suffering from humiliation. For this humiliation I was charged $65.
