On 25 July, following my purchase of four Sports Drink Vending Machines I was contacted by Terry Sanders of Total Vending Concepts. He had been provided my information from Americas Marketing to locate my machines,
He would require 50% down and have the location survey and contacts established prior to the machines arrival on 05 Aug 2007. Since we made the deposit payment and numerous telephone calls and e:mails we have had no response from Mr Sanders. Numerous calls to the Marketing Company go no ware. We now have 4 machines, 150 cases of product and no locations.

PLEASE NOTE:
We at Total Vending Concepts would like to emphasize that the manufacturer was in no way party to this dispute all machines having been delivered on time and to the customers complete satisfaction. Also note Total Vending Concepts refunded the $600 deposit to the customer and our locator completed the job on 8/22/07.

We have been in contact with the Locator and are anticipating a start date of this monday, 20 Aug 2007. Hopefully good communication between the service, customer and representative will preclude these types of misunderstandings in the future. lack of communication doen't serve anybody's best interest.
