Touchstone exDD214 Division TRG LLC Request pertaining to Military Records fraud New York, New York

Following instructions from a Veteran's Office I filed a request for my father's Discharge Records from what I supposed to be a legitimate company. I requested these  documents (Honorable Discharge paper) in order to apply for Veteran's Adminstration assistance for my 97 year old mother, the veteran's wife, to supplement the amount of money we will need to house her in a care home as she needs almost 24 hour care.

The form for Touchstone ezDD214 is simple enough and seems to ask for the proper information.  It asks for a signature of the person requesting the information then gives information for accepting the form.  When I followed their instructions,

Add “ezDD214 Service” to your Shopping Cart. (Click) Hit Check Out, fill out contact info, then go to the “EZ-Form” link. Complete EZ-Form, Sign, & Hit Submit. (No fax, scan, or mailing required!) You’re Done! Receive Confirmation E-mail.

it adds another charge for an additional copy of the same form. Thus instead of accepting the signed copy, you now are being charged again for the identical service.

It certainly appears to be a RIPOFF.
