 The nurses received a fax on my unit at my work place advertising from this company for a trip to various location; Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Cancun. The advertisements said the cost was 150$ per adult and free for children for an all inclusive trip. I figured it was a trip that required a time share presentation as I have done this before. i purchased the trip to hawaii for 4 adults and 1 child in September 2014. The total cost was 648$. After purchasing they sent me a docusign link to sign documents. I began to feel apprehensive so I waited a while, they kept calling me reminding me about the documents, I eventually did sign as I wanted to go to hawaii for my 30th bday which Is why my travel date was March 15th 2015. I was told that I needed to go online to secure the hotel and flights etc. however there was no website to do so. So after the new year I began to frantically call them but the number they provided hust rang and rang with no answer. 855-883-1865. So finally I just booked a trip to hawaii without using this company. I filed a dispute with My credit card company. Once I fule the dispute my card company contacted me, saying I needed to work something out with the company. Conveniently after filing a dispute they are then able to be contacted and they a tail answer the phone at the same number. They refuse to give me my money back. Although I did not take a trip with them.
