DO NOT RENT OR LEND MONEY TO THIS PERSON! Very obscene and threatens to destroy property! Never paid past due rent and doesn't pay past bills. Despite months behind in rent I was kind enough to allow these people to stay. Big mistake.Her partner in crime is her boyfriend Jamaal Frisby. They even stuck the Chester constable and won't pay him his money back. I have witnessed these "people" used drugs around their own children. Her DOB 9-12-1977.
