Towbin Dodge AKA King of Cars Bob, Andy, Steve, Kai Yo-Yo scam artists Henderson, Nevada

I attempted to purchase a 2008 Dodge Caliber from Towbin Dodge on 6/5/2010. Here is what they are trying to do

1. They will try to get you into a car you can't use, I told our salesman Bob Doyle that I can't drive a stick due to knee injuries, the first car he tries to get us in is a stick. When I complained about him not listening to me, he called me "rude and disrespectful". Then the other people will try and say "oh its just because he had an allergic reaction to something he is a real nice guy"

2. They will try and tell you that your financing is approved when it really hasn't been: In the state of Nevada the dealership is required to notify you within 15 days in writing if your financing doesn't go through. They waited 20 days and then called to tell us that we need to put more money down on the car. Also when you call about your green slip for registering the vehicle they will tell you it takes 30 days to get...It should only take 15

3. When you go in to talk about this issue they will: lose your paperwork so you have to redo it, they will threaten you with repossession of the vehicle, which since they have no financing they can do it with out hurting your credit, but they will say otherwise.  They will also try and tell you that this happens all the time and it's ok. It is NOT ok

4. When you try to give the car back they will try and charge you a rental fee of a minimum of $39.00 a day plus mileage, they can't do this because you never agreed to lease or rent the vehicle from them.

5. Finally when you confront them with the yo-yo scam paperwork, and other customers who are being treated the same way about it ask you questions, they will threaten to have you arrested and yell at you for not behaving. Then they will call you a couple days later and ask you to come back so we can "talk this over" the salesman will also forget to hang up his phone and call you the "*ucking *ullshi* couple who is being a royal pain in the *ss and he's *ucking sick of dealing with them"

In conclusion DO NOT shop at Towbin Dodge
