I received a letter stating I had won $50,000.00(march 30th 2007). Inside this letter was a very real looking check for $2,962.00 the company listed on the check was a Cantech Industries, Inc. (Post Office Box 1432, Johnson City, Tn 37605-1432 with a phone number on the check of 519-991-3093.
I called the company on the check and got a voice mail that said they were currently closed, mind you I called on a Saturday. The number listed in the letter was also a generic voice mail. I decided to check it out online when I found this sight with a report from a man in California. If this information will help catch the people behind this then I am more than willing to hold on to the evidence that I have.
