I hired this company on New Year s Eve for transportation for a party/shuttle bus for a 14 person group four (4) hours of service (10:30 pm-2:30 am). I spoke with the owner and we confirmed (via email) the services to be provided, and I provided a pick-up address and a tentative itinerary for the driver.

When the driver arrived, he demanded that we pay him the money up front in full. Since we had limited options on a night that busy, we agreed under pressure and duress to pay in full before getting into the bus. In any case, after the driver took us to our 1st destination, he left and did not come back until 2:00 am. We called him and the owner over 15 times to determine their whereabouts because we were stranded. We also needed to take home some of the group and since the driver was gone, we were forced to pay for cabs for some people to get home.

When I finally spoke to the driver, he admitted that the owner sent him on another job (in the middle of the time we paid for). After several unsuccessful attempts, the owner answered my call once and in response to my complaints, stated "that's not what you paid for" and then hung up on me and did not answer any of my calls after that.

When the driver finally returned at 2:00 am, he tried to extort more money out of us to take us home, stating that the owner told him that if he had to drive to more than one destination, that we had to pay for it!

When I requested a refund for the 2.5 hours that the transportation was unavailable, the owner lied through his teeth, stating that the driver was at our destination the entire time, but could not get a hold of me and that I did not book four hours or service, but rather just a pick up and a drop off.

The bus was also dirty and the run-down with a broken sliding door. When confronted about the issue and my demand to refund the time that the bus driver abandoned us, the owner lied through is teeth until threatened with his confirmation email for 4 hours of service and phone records that would prove his fraud and with the filing of a lawsuit.
