As with any car dealership, customers usually feel pretty molested after dealing with them.  This is one of the worst I've ever experienced.  The salesman and his "oil slick haired, Rico Suave" manager wasted our time and demanded we sign a piece of paper saying that if we found a vehicle we liked, we'd buy it that day.  What was that about?  It made no sense since we are a mature couple not kids who go around playing at car dealerships (?).  We didn't buy there and never will.  I just hate it that we didn't walk out sooner.

 No the experience was terrible, nothing about it was good. We bought a vehicle elsewhere and will always shop elsewhere.

First of all, I would like to Express an apology to your experience.

In the process of your experience at the dealership, would you agree that everything up to the point of Negotiating was pleasant? From My stand point,as a Professional Sales Consultant, your statement appears to lead into the fact that you were unhappy with the price of the vehicle and the associates were attempting to find your comfort level, what price you were willing to pay for the vehicle you have chosen. I assume the sales associate had approached the desk a few times trying to Help you with an option that was comfortable for you, Before the Manager had entered into the deal? Again, they were trying to find your comfort level, and at this point you had already been in the dealership at least a couple of hours. Wasting you time is not at all what happens here, our sales people care about your needs and try to assist you in purchasing the vehicle you need.
