The town of narragansett, a beach town in rhode island, has a long and storied history. A history of using under-aged girls to attempt to TRAP (and we’ll be back to that term in a minute) individuals in the town who are deemed “undersirable” or who they just don’t like, or who they want out of the town because that individual possess a threat to their status or ambitions or who just looked at a girl on the beach that they liked.

Interestingly, There was another girl in the town of narragansett named Pamela Nolan. Pamela Nolan was the elected town manager. Pamela Nolan was also an outsider, who previously resided in Massachusetts and other locals. Nolan was also found dead. Upon a subsequent election, the town elected a new manager, former rhode island state police captain james manni. This is interesting because Nolan being an outsider, likely didn’t carry any previous prejudice with her regarding who she wanted in the town or didn’t. This also became clear when Nolan granted certain rights and privileges to individuals who were in the town that didn’t sit well with the native residents of the town. manni, being her replacement and a former rhode island state police captain would be sure to carry out the wants and desires of those who held prejudices and common goals, aka, the hardcore rhode islander or just rhode islander.  Nobody seems to have much interest in finding out what happened to Pamela Nolan, and based on the above information, I think we can figure out why. So, who are the likely candidates to have committed this crime.

A thorough review of the town of narragansett police department, the town of narragansett fire department, the town of narragansett leadership including all politically appointed offices and specifically a review of town of narraganett city council member susan cicilline-buonnano who is the daughter of the largest mafia lawyer in new england, john f cicilline, and his two mafia affiliated sons, former providence, rhode island mayor and current rhode island state representative, david cicilline, and his attorney brother, who has spent time in federal prison for his mafia handiwork, john m cicilline is needed. See, this is the reason why criminals, and the relatives of criminals, shouldn’t be elected to political office. Of course, none of this would be possible without the collaboration of rhode islands resident lunatic and schizophrenic, cranston attorney and taft mcsally partner robert murray, who must be of his meds because he is still harkening back to the day he was a solicitor in the town of narragansett and anyone gave an f about what he said and thought. These days you can find him wandering the streets mumbling something about “financial experts” and his “upstanding clients” all of which still are, as they always have been, the ramblings of a nut.

And then of course, theres the town of narragansett parks and recreation department. I gave them their own paragraph so they could feel important. It will be the first and last time in their lives. I also gave them their own paragraph because with the town of narraganett being a beach town, and the department of parks and recreation overseeing the beach, they believe they run the town……and…they don’t. So if someone was granted certain privileges in the town that the department of parks and recreation didn’t agree with, you can bet that would make them mighty angry. Because when the town of narragansett department of parks and recreation isnt b*tching and crying about what they want, they also find time to run a corrupt summer basketball league with another local scumbag and social studies teacher named mike clancy. mike clancy, along with town of narragansett parks and recreation department director steve wright and program coordinator tom tessitore run a summer basketball league program named the rhode island youth basketball association. There is also a mens league. Both are corrupt and both embezzle money from the town. But on top of the corruption and embezzlement, these individuals are teaching these kids to injure others intentionally through dirty play and other low down, street level, tactics. Along with former town of narragansett and current north kingston high school athletic director, d**k fossa, these lunatics openly encourage kids to harm other kids and actually threaten them so they’ll be complicit in  filing complaints and complain about others in the town they do not want there. They force these kids, and in some cases adults, to do what they want done under penalty of not playing or being employed in the town.

fossa is also employed by the dunes club. A beach club that deems itself a resort for the highly elite, but in actuality is filled with a collection of rhode island, and friends of rhode island, trash that you will be ill-pressed to find a landfill that contains more. Anywhere. Many of the older players of the basketball league and some of the younger, actually are employed by this club, and it is fossa who has influence over their employment there. fossa can best be described as a clown, who along with his pedophile friend, town of narragansett head girls tennis coach, peter barlow, enjoy many a late summer and fall afternoon staring at the high schools teenage girls in little skirts at the sprague field facility where the department of parks and recreation houses their offices and is also the location where the parks and recs department like to carryout a late summer sweep of individuals they don’t want on the facility so as to get the best seats possible to stare at the high school girls.

Some of this sweep is carried out by the narragansett police department, but usually, the town of narragansett utilizes its community service officers, (cso’s) to carry out the dirty work they don’t want their finger prints on. cso’s are college students from local colleges, mostly johnson and wales university, who are allowed to run around the town during summer like lunatics, and carry on like full-fledged officers, doing all the things the cops should be doing if they weren’t too busy taking the opportunity to park under a tree and nap or jerk off somewhere. And by doing all the things the cops should be doing it is meant that they would be committing illegalities against innocent people. So, basically, the cso’s, who again, are only college students and not actually police officers, are sent out by the police officers into potentially dangerous situations that they have no training for so that the narragansett police department can keep themselves clear of it. So moms and dads, feel safe about your kids criminal justice major. theyre only out there taking on the responsibilities of the cops without any of the weapons or training.

Some of this activity involves which girls these cops or cso’s or even life guards, have called “dibs” on and is retaliation for anyone else who likes the girl or anyone else the girl may like. However, another part of this activity involves sports and who they want or don’t want to be seen. So sweeping the fields and recreational facilities acts as a way to only get individuals they want seen to be seen. This is specifically true of what can be at best termed a beer league baseball team in a beer league baseball league that uses sprague field as its home field. That teams name is, I told you we were coming back to this, the spartan TRAP. The team name is self-described to have something to do with fishing, or a nautical term, or at least that’s the excuse they give. But lets face it, before I typed it and you read it, 99, or maybe even 104 or so percent of you had no idea what it was. Which further compounds what an odd name for a team it is, even with the towns nautical heritage. I mean they could have named it anything, and they named it that. But when they turn their head and giggle about it, the name of the team, spartan TRAP has nothing to do with fishing or nautical terminology. The name spartan TRAP is an inside joke between member of the town of narragansett police department and the town of narragansett recreation department that they actually use the field to TRAP people by serving up the underage girls on the tennis courts adjacent to the field or in other areas of the town. That’s the TRAP. And town of narragansett police officer ryan prest knows this, because he and his equally knuckled-headed and retarded brother brandan prest actively engage in setting up individuals on that field using the town of narragansett police department and individuals such as town nobody peter barlow and d**k fossa and the rest of the town of narragansett department of park and recreation to do so. As well as co-conspirator like earl “buddy” croft, who has close ties to fossa from high school football. It is a town TRAP. There are also other individuals involved, through you will be hard pressed to get a name. Such as drugged up and steroided up other police officers who if asked for a name say they don’t have one. Imagine that. The town hired a police office and didn’t even ask if he had a name. And it turns out he doesn’t! But I now his name. his name is “CRIMINAL” just like the rest of them. Maybe a better name for the team would have been the "blueballs" because that's what you're gonna have and it actually in a weird way sounds sports approriate.

So, maybe it is best summed up this way:

FIRST, If you’re going to set someone up, make sure your police vehicle is completely hidden behind the parks and recreation building so that when you sprint out like you were called, the individual you are setting up doesn’t see it as he is pulling in and everything he does from that point forward isn't just a show. Also, wait for a little bit after 4:30pm on a Fridaywhen setting someone up so that everyone else you’d report to about his crime you’re committing is definitely gone for the weekend so that you don’t take the chance that the victim runs over to the town managers office that same day.

Maybe some of you reading this will go on to be a town manager some day.

Maybe some of you wont.

But I can assure you, that if anyone of you go on to become town managers, NONE OF YOU WILL RUN YOUR TOWN DOWN ON YOUR KNEES WITH YOUR BALLS HELD IN THE VICE OF YOUR PARK AND RECREATION OR POLICE DEPARTMENTS. I’m sure you wont fall into that TRAP.
