I had ordered a few figures from toyglobe.com about a month and a half ago. I never received an email stating that my order was shipped. I emailed toyglobe.com about the status of my order. I received no replies.

I called toyglobe (I spoke with Tony) and asked them the status of my order. I also told him about all the negativity @ Rip Off Report.com about toyglobe. He assured me that they were not ripping people off, they were in the process of moving to a bigger location.

He said that they have all the figures in stock and that they were going out today. (He said that he would put a rush on it). Called back later to confirm that the order was shipped and to get a Tracking #. I spoke with Jade, she assured me that Tony would make sure that the order was shipped today.

She told me that UPS picks up packages between 3:00pm & 3:30PM. I called back at about 3:30PM and Jade told me that my order was shipped and that she emailed my tracking #. She also gave me the tracking # over the phone. I checked the UPS site, sure enough, my order was shipped.

I received the order, minus 3 figures, plus 1 figure I didn't order. I called Toyglobe and told them. They said the 3 figures that were not included in my order will be in their warehouse in about a week.

They said I could keep the figure that I didn't order, and as soon as the other 3 figures arrive, they will ship them out. Needless to say, they never did. And now their Phone Number is disconnected. This has been a valuable lesson for me. I will never order from them again.

I will get my Action Figures from Toywiz.com, they are EXTREMELY reliable, they ship the items and email tracking numbers as soon as they are shipped.

One sided story He filed this report after we accomodated him.

Client received full refund for 2 missing figures, plus was sent a variant figure for his patience. He filed this report after we accomodated him. Obviously, talking to him on the phone and explaining everything, and giving him what we owed him and more was still not good enough.

Hi Jade,

You said in your email to me that you would make sure that my figures would be shipped last week. What happened? Jade, I paid for these figures. I shouldn't have to ask you to send them to me everyday, in an email. Please send them to me, Jade.

Charles,

At this point this issue is out of my hands. I have passed the emails on to George already and he is going to get your items shipped out to you.

Thanks,

Jade

Hi Jade,

If this matter is out of your hands and you passed on my emails to George, can you send me George's email address or should I just keep emailing you until they are shipped?

Hello Charles,

I have spoken to George regarding these items. He has decided to issue a refund to your account for the cost of these items. We have refunded 154.85 for the figures plus 13.95 for shipping to your credit card for these items. You should see the refund on your online banking within a couple of days or on your next credit card bill. The authorization number for this refund is ******.

Thank You,

Jade Winters

This is ridiculous. I ordered these figures on March 18th, 2005. I've waited and waited and sent email after email just to have them refund my account. This is not fair to the consumer to have to accept this kind of behavior from a company who is there to provide the consumer with what he/she orders. Toyglobe should be taken offline for treating their customers this way!As I stated earlier...I learned a valuable lesson. From now on, before I order online from a company that I don't know, I'll check and see if they are listed here @ Rip-Off Report.com
