Toyota Financial Services Arbitrary Late Fees Carol Stream, Nationwide

I had a recurring payment going for a year or so without modification, and Toyota decided to arbitrarily cancel one of my payments.  They then started charging me late fees for this, every single month that it was "past due".

My account information had not changed in this time, and there was no funds shortage problem.
