I purchased a fully refundable extended service warranty at the time of purchase of a 2006 toyt, tacoma for over $2000.  The salesman told me it was a great deal..  6 years later .. time to cash in.. sorry , no money.. how bout free service coupons?  Now I have to file a small claims suit... great customer service... I'LL never buy from here again....

I am in the same boat. If your reading this and havent purchased from this dealership go somewhere else. Great customer service when you purchase but don't believe the smiles. When you follow up with a problem nobody is available. Their too busy selling cars to deal with you. Your at the back of the line and get to you when they get to you. Be very careful of any warranty or add on they try to sell you. they aren't selling just Toyota products here. They peddle third party junk warranties and make promises of refund if not used as if they are guaranteeing but when it comes time to pay up they hide behind some third parties bankruptcy. They offered me 50% refund which I will not take. It's a matter of Principle. Man up Toyota of Glendora and keep your word. If you made a bad bet on a third party company do the ethical thing and pay out what you promised.

Honest car dealer.... Wow, what a crazy thought? at the very least don't put your pawns out on the floor to deliver the bad news. Man up Bob the GM. Come down from your office and tell your customers to their face how you sold them a bad third party product and your not willing to back it 100%. We all know you paid a small fraction of what you charge the consumer for these "service contracts". Hoping to persuade them into 100% refund. If not, next step is emailing all the LA news channel investigative journalist. I've seen them do spots on smaller issues then this. If that doesn't work I'll make flyers and stand on the public street near entrance and hand out flyers as patrons enter the dealership letting them know what happened to me and why they should not purchase there. I work remotely so I have the ability to kill a handful of days to do this. Last resort is small claims court for full refund plus court cost. Hoping someone at glendora reads this. I will remove or update this post if I get a positive outcome. Sickening how these big companies treat people after they already took their money.
