Toys to Learn by Fraudulent sales and payment options for purchases Internet

I had been looking for an ultra rare Dragons Universe Goldrage toy for my Daughter.  Found Everyone but Toys to learn by were sold out.  The company has 50 listed.  This seemed to be a godsend.  Amazon had 1 left and when I went to buy it they were sold out.  So imagine my surprise when the payment wouldnt go through on either paypal or Google Wallet.  Clicking on secure other payments lead no where.  Upon digging into the site code I found that the Paypal portal and Google Wallet Portals where not updated to the current standard issued.  I then did various searches to try and find the physical location of the store to no avail.  It appears that even though the company shows up on Google Maps in Ft. Lauderdale, it actually has no physical location nor phone number associated with it.  I am glad that payment was not able to be processed now.
