trac phone william f bregitzer jr wont replace my cell phone Elizabeth New Jersey

i paid  for a  track  phone  took  it out  of the  box the  face  was  cracked  and was  not  working  took  it  back  and  they will  not  give me  a  new one.  I have the  cell  phone  still  and  found out no sim card as well  it is a  zte. 

 I have  gone  back to  replace the cell phone five times and trac phone will not replace it at all.  Im  upset and need this  phone to  work.  Please  help  me with  this trouble,  i  want  the  replacement  cell  phone  or  another  cell  phone  that  is  a  good  one.  The  unit  sells  for  $69.00.
