TRACKER MARINE GROUP ripoff Warraty ripp off Springfeild Missouri

I bought a 2001 20FT. Fisher Boat That developed a crack in the hull. Dropped off at the dealer in Oct. to go back to the Factory. Not Untill the following April did I recive notice that they would not be replacing may boat with the same boat I bought. The only 20ft. boat tracker marine makes is the trundra That was my only choice. I recived the boat Late The End of May.

The deal was a hull for hull swap. After spending in excess 0f $1200.00 To get The Motors from the fisher to the trundra. I ended up with a under powered boat that was poorly set up. The list to the left so bad that it feels like your in a corner all the time. The dealer installed my battery box and put a screw thouugh the hull. I was assured that I would All my personal property back that was on the fisher when it went to the factoy and all I got was what they felt senting.

I seem to have lost The canvas top that I bought for the Fisher boat and the trundra did not come with one. Nor did I receive the Spare tire and bracket that I had bought for the Iisher. The cover for the fisher was returned But it looked like it had been dragged to Missouri an back, All frayed and Caked with mudd and a foot long rip in the middle. In an hull for hull swap, not to return my other items is nothing less than theift.

I made the complaints only to them fall on deaf ears. The only recosrse I have had is to discourage their boat sales. To date I know they have lost sales on 2 18ft. boats and 3 smaller boats due to my credits. I intend to keep campagining for them as long as I own the boat. I would say that Tracker Marine Group has made buying a boat The worst and most expensive ordeals I have ever been though. A REAL "BOAT FOR A LIFETIME."
