So here's what happens: All the keywords they chose convert for $7-$9, considerably less than the average $30 we agreed on and we owe them $21-$23 for each and every transaction. If they'd chosen all of my keywords it might work out on average. But it was clear after the first 800 that they were focusing on only the ones where they make a guaranteed profit. Of course this method for 'gaming' their system never was discussed until I discovered it. Personally, I can't see the difference between this program and fraud. I've got an attorney now. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

We offered solutions, he wouldn't listen.
AUTHOR: Anna - ()

I'm Anna, and I work for Trada.
A few points before we start:
1) Alan never launched with us. We didn't spend a single cent of his budget or charge him any fees.
2) Mr Lethers is upset because he did an incomplete review of the keywords (which is in defiance of our contract, plus the trainings he received), and what he saw in that incomplete review indicated to him that Trada, which is a 5-year-old company with hundreds of happy customers, is a "scam".
3) We never launch a campaign until the advertiser has reviewed and approved all campaign buildout. It is a requirement that an advertiser review and approve all work. Alan knew this because he signed a contract and received a training.
Alan didn't review his content: he took a cursory look. From his comment:
"I noticed that the first keywords submitted to for approval--800 before I gave up--all had a cpc lower than this average in my existing adwords account."
Alan's dedicated account manager offered a list of solutions, the most successful of which would have been to break his product set into a few campaigns with different CPA goals. We have hundreds of successful and happy ecommerce advertisers who address their products' diversity of price in this way. We didn't try to scam him, and we gave him a litany of choices which would have made his campaign successful and profitable for him.
Instead of reviewing the options, Alan became angry and broke his contract. He did not give us the opportunity to help him. He would not communicate and has since been hostile. He spends a great deal of time fighting with us and posting comments online. In my opinion, this energy would have been better spent reviewing the simple solutions we offered him.
Our company has an industry-leading retention rate. We are committed to only partnering with those advertiser we believe we can make successful, and we work hard to provide custom solutions for advertisers whose campaigns are "outside the box".
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
