I started relations with Rahul at Mother herbs in New Dehli India 2005 rahul@motherherbs.com, On the first purchase I inquired about a month after submitting payment, he replied saying he had sent the goods 6 times but they were always returned by India government, he provided me 6 separate tracking numbers, none could be verified. Had he sent goods once and they were returned most anyone else would be very careful when resending because cost of postage when re-sending 6 times would be 3 times greater than the worth of the stuff, he was very angry. Again in 2011 he mailed purchased herbal extracts mislabeled, it was over 2 weeks before I could figure out what product was what, a very aggravating situation. and Rahul did not like that I complained, albeit, for very good reason, the herbal extracts were for consumption, and if I sold them incorrectly labeled it would be very bad trouble.

A couple years passed and I inquired about seeds, then his reply was to resend the complaint I mailed him about mis-labeled goods in 2011, another 2 years passed and one day he writes to me that he has seeds and herbs I want, very friendly, so I inquired about some but couldn't buy due to money problems. again in 2017 I asked about seeds and he replied, but I hadn't the money to buy until about 9 months passed, then, at first, he said very angry he did not have what I wanted, then my wife wrote and he said he did have what we wanted, then I contact Trade India www.tradeindia.com a association of a thousand or more India based businesses. But he is one of the administrators of it, and everyone I contacted said they did not have what I wanted. Then I reported on www.ripoffreport.com and afterwards all those who before said they don't have what I seek then said they did have it.

So, I made PayPal payment for 1 kilo of seeds $160.00 to Harsh Kumar/Horticulture Impex due to him being friendly and showing good photo of the seeds.  When the seeds arrived, they were very different from the photo and not the correct species, I saw insects crawling in them, immature shriveled seeds.  So, I asked if he had inspected the seeds prior to mailing them, possibly some warehouse worker had selected the wrong ones on accident, Harsh Kumar's reply was that the seeds were what they had for always sent customers around the world, so he refunded my money after I filed PayPal dispute. Nice, just from the photo he provided, the same as on his website, there's no way he could not have known the seeds were not correct, and nobody would have accepted the quality of seeds he mailed.  There's no way he could be conducting business for long by sending customers very different than described seeds like this. 

If nothing else it’s a complaint regarding maliciously misrepresenting goods paid for. But suspicion is that it all goes back to Rahul at Mother Herbs having an attitude to retaliate against me for nonprofessional reasons.

My experience is that once anyone sees they’ve been reported they will thereafter be very careful to always make good with all their future customers. At this time, all matters considered, I doubt Trade India, Raul or Harsh Kumar will ever be friendly towards me again, but as a result of me filing this complaint they’ll likely go to extra measures to be friendly towards all future customers. So, in this way my filing will have served a good purpose.

I couldn’t say any crime has been committed just unethical trade relations that involved malice. A thing, I’m sure, they’ll be very careful so that nobody in the future files an alike report about.
