Trader Joes was notified about bad yogurt, but took no action. When I tried the product a few weeks later I was sick. They talk about quality and concern for custmers. All bs as far as I can tell,  and now their customer service said to quit calling them after poisoning me, and having been previosly notified, they did nothing but talk, talk, talk. No more. After 30 years I  not going to Trader Joes due to health concerns and the lack of action.

A little confused...

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

POSTED: Monday, June 23, 2014

How exactly was Trader Joes notified of bad yogurt?

How do you know they took no action?  What action were you wanting them to take?

But what is even more confusing, is if they were notified and you know they took no action why would you purchase the yogurt several weeks later?

Oh and one more thing that is confusing.  If you truly did get sick what did the doctor say when you went to get it checked out?  I mean you did go to a doctor right?
