TraderNet / TRADER INTERACTIVE this company should be baned in the USA as they say no refunds for the fraud they are doing Las Vegas NEVADA

This company plays the same trick with everyone. I was called by one of their sales person at 10am on 03/06/13, we spoke and he told me about their services and they sell any vehicle in thirty days.  I then asked him the name of his company and he said autotraders and I asked him autotraders.com and he said yes. We are part of autotraders and our ads come on the autotraders web site as we all know here in CA that they are big here and everyone buys their books in stores to look for vehicles. Then I asked him about the refund policy and he said I have 24 hours to decide so I went through with the transaction and they copied my Craigslist add and posted it on some website I never heard of and the rest of other websites was supposed to be put on after I send them the rest of the pictures of my Rav4 which I did after I came home. I took a whole lot of pictures and sent it to them right away on the email address he gave me, then that evening when I received their confirmation email I came to know that this was not autotraders.com and I asked my wife to find out more about this company and when she read all their revews that evening we decided not to put our vehicle for sale with them and I called the tradernet office to cancel my ad and they wanted to know why and I told them I am not comfortable doing business with them and this was 8am on 04/06/13. Now I am less then 22 hours of my cancelation period but they are telling me I cannot get a refund, and the manager Mark Mikowski says they do not have a refund policy and you can only get a refund if they do not put your ad online within 24 hours. All they did was copied my Craiglist add and posted it on some unknown wibsite, and they charged me $199, and above all the next three days I got calls from they employes asking me about my RAV4 and the only leged call I got was a scam guy who said I like your rav4 send me your bank account # and I will deposit the amount for the vehicle into your bank and will later to pick up the vehicle.
