Tradestead Corporation Limited Selling junk MP4 players Burlingame California

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company earlier this year. I was looking for MP4 player. Their staff was very nice and helpful in the beginning but once they took my money I was told it would take 20 days to send the sample - yes, for a single MP4 player.

I received the player one month after payment was made. The player was dead on arrival. This was the biggest junk of MP4 player I had ever seen.

I contacted them about this and they were evasive. I was referred from one person to another before I go the right person who was extremely cold and unprofessional. She told me to file a complaint on their website and return the item - she also told me not to send it by courier.

Item was sent back immediately and it has been four months since then. I have tried getting in touch with these guys and have been treated in a very shabby manner. Apparently my case was alloted to some lady and she is hardly available.

Many times she is on extended lunch breaks which last for 3-4 hours or just enjoying her day-offs.

Whenever I have been fortunate to get hold of her she is very rude and donnright mean. She maintains that she has not received the player even though postal company has confirmed to me that the item was delivered. Now I also know why I was asked not to send the item by courier.

But by refusing to admit that she has received it they are able to deny my any replacemenet or refund - What a nice way to treat innocent customers!

So here I am ... after wasting my five months and nearly $100.00. But I just hope that my message is able to reach other people so they are able to see the true face of these frauds!
