Trailers Plus I called and confirmed a trailer was on the lot. Tulsa Tulsa

Well I hate to say it but, Trailers Plus in Tulsa does offer the best prices guarantee. And they don't take care of their customer. I drove to Tulsa (200 miles) to buy a trailer four months ago that was advertised on their website and that I CALLED and confirmed was on the lot. When I got here I was told that it was not on the lot and it was actually in Ft. Worth. Although VERY dissappointed, I went out on the lot to pick out another trailer (as I had just sold my pick up and HAD to have a trailer that day) and found the trailer they had told me was NOT on the lot. When I came back inside to tell tehm I had found it and purchase it, I was told the customer that had walked in behind me was purchasing my trailer. They told me they were sorry and eventually talked me into a different trailer with  of a different brand. I hesitantly purchased it and within three months had problems with the tire shredding. I brought it back over for warranty and was accused of backing into something and damaging the trailer. After they took a closer look they found out that the shackles were tightened from the manufacturer. I called the district manager to request a trade-in so I could get the trailer that I originally wanted. The district manager recommended that I "sell my trailer on craigslist and then come back and buy a new trailer from Trailers Plus."
I worked customer service for nine years for two major automotive dealerships and I never, ever, treated a customer like this. Again I will never ever purchase a trailer from Trailers Plus and I would recommend that you don't purchased one either.
Bad business, very, very bad business.
