To gain a credit you usually sign up for a website or service that you choose from a list. Well the problem is proving that you signed up and sometimes spent money at the site you signed up. From a line from thee own TOS:
"We do not guarantee a user will receive credit for all completions."
Trust me thats true. I signed up for a site and even spent 30 dollars their. But this is what I got in return.
