I was billed by Tralee Telephone Company for: Universal Service Fnd: 1.24 and Savings Plus Mthly Fee: 13.90. They are web based and have no physical address even on their website. I consider this a total scam and will dispute it until resolved. My telephone company suggested I report it here as well.
