TransAm Financial Services took over $200,000 from us.  They were our factoring company and all they did is lie, change the rules and steal money from us.  If you are a trucking company and in need of factoring services, DO NOT use them.   They claim to be a "low recourse" company and that is untrue.  They also claim to do all collections for you and this is a lie too.  Josh Goode and D.J Crocker are supposed to be the "lead supervisor's" and what a pair of very disrespectful men.  They will get you in the door and rip you off.  Jeremy Wardle will talk a big game and once you sign those papers he is no longer there to help you out.  Don't believe the reserve, you will NEVER get it.  They play games with your money and all the whole company does is lie!!!
