Do not use this company. They are not door to door. They used what you call a preferred list of truck driver to transport your car so they're a middle man even if they claim they are not. Their preferred truck driver company is horrible and have their own way of transporting your car and other fees that Transauto Transport does not tell you about.  They do not work together and are not on the same page with each other so you will be led to go around in circles if you have any complaints. There are hidden fees that they do not tell you of so what out. You won't get your car until you pay is how they do it. All the representative just give you lip service even if they sound nice.
