Put $9,000 down on a 2011 F-350, after getting all the paperwork done we were then told they "forged" the financial paperwork to say we paid $18,000 down and had 6 months to pay up the other 9k. (Which is a lie, we were in house financed) They refused to give us copies of anything. Two hours later the starter went out which was supposed to be new which cost $255 just for the starter. We took it to ford and they told us it needed $3000 worth of work because it was in limp mode aka 50% engine power and that is was a stolen recovery and when it was recovered it was in a mud hole up to the roof, the entire truck was supposed to be a total loss which the dealer showed us a forged carfax that said the truck was clean, well tell that to the 250 lbs of clay we pulled out of the dash board and the inside of the door panels!

We notified the dealer of this and two days later our truck was gone, taken for "Non-Payment" which is a lie, we made our payment when we notified them of the engine damage and that we knew they were told of it. Come to find out now the owner BRUMMER, RAPHAEL (Look him up on sunbiz.org) has about 10 active business names at the sunrise blvd address, they have had a ton of complaints and on top they never filed the repo with the state! Best part, and you are going to love this, it is NOT criminal to do this according to law enforcement even though the state and every one else says it is GRAND THEFT AUTO to take the truck without a valid order of repossession!!!

They took the truck on the 6th of june 2016 and according to the repo man who does all their repos this is just one of many this year alone and that the moment the truck was taken back to their lot it was stripped down of all our personal stuff including my sisters prescription of adderall and truck is being sold to a private party on Monday the 20th of June. We have already retained counsel, Florida Attorney Generals office is investigating, Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor vehicles is also investigating, as is the FTC! STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!! Seeing as soooo many people have had problems just like us we may end up class action.

Please, if you have had negative dealings with these people shoot me an email, the more people we find the faster Brummer and the rest of them get what they deserve, prison time!
