TransFirst Holdings, TransFirst Merchant Serves, ASC Merchant Services $25 per Month Charges start after you sign a $0 monthly fee, Changed Contract, Lied about Contract, $295 to get out of contract Louisville, Colorado

DO NOT do business with Transfirst!!!  They are a SCAM!

I signed a $0 per month fee contract, and every couple of months, they increased my % fees. 

So...I called to get them lowered, and they told me I had to sign another contract.  I said I didn't want anything to change from the previous one, and they LIED and said it wouldn't.  They started me all over in my length of contract, plus, after a couple of months, started charging me $25 a month in fees! 

They say it's in the SMALL PRINT that they can change your fees at any time.  I called to complain and they wouldn't let me cancel my contract without paying a $290 fee.  They will reduce your monthly fee to $10, and that is what I ended up doing because they won't do anything else. 

I have also had other fees snuck in every so often, so I have had to call and complain almost every month.  They are a HORRIBLE company.  I have NEVER written a complaint about anyone or anything before, but I wanted everyone to know about these thieves!
